Age, grade, school district (no residency requirement)

Shirt size

Doctor's name and phone numbers

Tackle Football:

Height and Weight

Jersey size plus three requested jersey numbers (no guarantees)

Name for back of jersey (typically last name). For participating siblings, you may request first initial with last name.

To help communication, please include all parents/guardians (name, email, cell phone number and provider)

For Returning Players: 

The information you gave us in the past is in the system.  Please review and update this information before registering!

If you can't sign in, please enter the email address you gave us last year. You will be sent a temporary password to this email address. This may take a few minutes. If you continue to have sign in problems please contact our registration director at boysoffall78@gmail.com.

Click on EVERY parent/guardian and participating child name to verify and update all information.
