To make things easier, please have the following information available when registering for cheerleader or football program.
School district living in
School attending in the fall
Name and phone numbers for emergency contacts
Doctor's and Dentist's name and numbers
Insurance card for the Emergency Contact sheet
For tackle football players you will also need to know:
height and weight
three possible jersey numbers
name for the back of their jersey. Most choose their last name only, but some brothers use their first initial and last name
For Returning Players:The information you gave us from last year is in the system. Please follow the instructions for registration above and on the following pages.(click for online overview)
If this is your first time in the system, please enter the email address you gave us last year and you will be sent a temporary password to this email address. Usually this will take less than five minutes. If your email address has changed and the email address you gave last year will not forward to your current address, please click on "Registration Director" on the Board Member Contacts page to send an email and have her correct your email address on file.
Click on the parent(s) name and verify all information and update/add where needed.
Click on the child(ren)'s name and verify all information and update/add where needed.
Click on the register button before the child's name if they are eligible for this program.
Answer the questions on the form.
Click the submit button and review your responses.
Payment is due either by mail, at walk in registration or with a credit card. Please be reminded your registration is not complete until payment is made. Registrations will only be held for ten days and then you will be put on a waitlist if payment is not received.
